HOPE In CIRCLEVILLE SCHOOLS
HopeStrong Circleville is led by Kim Martin. Kim has served families and children in Pickaway county through many different avenues. From serving on the local school board, directing Family and Children First Council, working at Head Start and serving all ages of children through her local church. Kim is excited to lead over 20 volunteers from 7+ congregations to serve grades 5-12 from CVCSD. While praying for this generation, Kim asked the Lord to show her how she could help bring the Hope of Christ to their hearts. HopeStrong was the perfect answer to her prayer. With excitement and anticipation, the HopeStrong Circleville team prepares weekly lessons that are engaging, non denominational and full of Hope. Children are cherished as gifts from the Lord, full of promise and life. HopeStrong believes that God has promised “a hope and a future” to each child and our goal is to constantly remind students of that biblical truth. Firmly rooted in the truth that God’s Word is Truth and Light, we share directly from the bible, scripture that will open students' minds to God’s heart for their lives. Each child receives their very own bible to study from and volunteers help them learn how to navigate this amazing living Word that serves as our guide for abundant life.
HopeStrong Circleville started as a small middle school pilot in Spring 2022 that experienced tremendous success. With that success, God has added an elementary team for 5th grade and a high school team. With the firm belief that all things are done by prayer and nothing is done without it, HopeStrong is led by a local pastor in prayer times specifically for Circleville City School District families and HopeStrong. God truly has answered our prayers by providing a site for these classes and a team of HopeStrong volunteers that surely shine as Heaven’s best for Christ in our community.
